About Georgina
I am passionate about supporting individuals with their career development.
I have always been fascinated about what makes individuals thrive (or not), and how best I can support individuals through coaching or mentoring to help them realise their career dreams.
Prior to coaching I was a HR professional for 20 years working with multinational corporations across a range of industry sectors and cultures, such as FMCG, Telecommunications, Technology, and Pharmaceutical.
I successfully delivered initiatives to enhance the performance and development of individuals and teams, and the facilitation of organisational change.
I have 15 years leadership and management experience, including leading teams across Europe to deliver talent development programmes and early careers recruitment.
I loved having the opportunity to coach and mentor new team members, apprentices, graduates, managers, and senior leaders.
